FrameCalc is an educational workbench. It is not for medical, nuclear-safety, radiation-protection, or engineering sign-off. Fusion and IEC estimates are models, not device predictions.

Grades

  • Exact kernel — algebraic / closed form. Illegal inputs throw.
  • SI / textbook formula — CODATA-style constants or a named parameterization (Bosch–Hale, Child–Langmuir).
  • Discrete lab (diagnostics on screen) — discrete scheme; diagnostics on screen.
  • Pedagogical toy — not for homework numbers — shape only. Do not put the number in a report.

Corrected kernels (do not regress)

  • Relativistic rocket. Δφ = β_e ln(m₀/m)
  • Elastic collisions. Algebraic θ*; θ_lab^max by ρ; dual branch; refuse illegal θ
  • γe → 3e. E_γ = 4 m_e
  • Plane-wave 〈S〉. E₀²/(2 Z₀)
  • Rectangular barrier. Exact T(E), not T≡1 above V₀
  • Fresnel. TIR phases; power T with n-factors; R+T=1
  • Gaussian R(z). R(0)=∞
  • Bosch–Hale. ⟨σv⟩ in published T interval only
  • Child–Langmuir. Planar J ∝ V^{3/2}/d²
